1961 Founded FOOK SHING ELECTRICAL CO.,LTD in Taipei.

1968 Started production of Damping sheets, which are widely used in
vehicles for the purposes of sound-proof and anti- vibration.
1971 Devoted to innovation of Compound Rubber Sheets,
which are effectively in sound-proof and heat-insulation of vehicles.
1991 Devised vibration-damping test devices in cooperation with the Industrial
Technology Research Institute.
1992 Entrusted the Union Chemical Laboratories of Industrial Technology
Research Institute to develop the new high performance damping material.
1994 Started operations of automatic infrared adhesive- applying machine.
1996 Was awarded ISO-9002 certification on May 15.
1997 Was awarded QS-9000 certification on March 23. Started production
of Expansion sheets .
Was granted Q1 Quality Award.
1999 Started production of PU Sound Insulators.
2000 Was awarded ISO-14001 certification.
2004 Technical support of IIDA Industry of JAPAN to produce
OROTEX products.
